YETI SCAT TRAILS was founded with the intent to produce a high-quality hand-crafted hashish utilizing traditional Nepalese refining and curing methods developed over thousands of years. The founders of Yeti Scat Trails have spent years perfecting a modern proprietary equivalent to the totally natural ice extraction method first developed by ancient Nepalese temple monks in an effort to offer the discerning consumer the finest tasting, purist smoking hash experience possible.
We take our job as highly skilled hash makers very seriously when we carefully process in our state-of-the-art laboratory facility, selected full-body cannabis flower-buds, dried and trimmed to perfection, small varietal matches, into a one-of-a kind product that’s appropriately labeled with the variety name, location and year of harvest. Even though all of our hash is processed according to strict modern standards for purity and cleanliness, each specific varietal batch exhibits a unique full-spectrum character of
complex flavors, smells and tastes determined by the original plant genetics and fully preserved by our proprietary method.
We promise to never make artificial hash like many other processors. We will never use generic THC from harsh solvent-based mass extractors mixing it with dry shake from low grade trim and selling it totally mislabeled as hash. This is not true hash. This is equivalent to manufacturers of fortified wine, grape juice with added corn ethanol, labeling and selling it as a vintage wine. In France it’s illegal to call such products wine and so it should be here with hash. Like wine, we make our hash the traditional natural way preserving the magnificent qualities of the full spectrum of THC and CBD molecules characteristic of a highly bred cannabis variety, similar to the natural fermentation process for wine.
No foreign or toxic substances of any kind are used or added to the hash making process that we employ. Our hash is 100% naturally refined from fresh harvested and cold dried flower buds by the ice-washing removal of rosin pods in the 25 micron to 160 micron range, removing 90% by weight the inactive plant material, normally inhaled when smoking the raw bud, as an unwanted contaminate. This refining and concentrating of the active cannabis ingredients was long ago recognized as a much safer and healthier way to consume cannabis, lowering the health risks associated with ingesting harmful smoke contaminates such as acids, tars and asphalts from the
burning of inactive plant material such as chlorophyl and cellulose.
